This multi-benefit treatment moisturises the scalp to help prevent dryness and flaking, while conditioning the hair to improve manageability and shine. Enriched with natural ingredients, the cleansing conditioner makes de-tangling a breeze while helping to prevent and treat dandruff. Combine a clarifying shampoo, hydrating conditioner and effective dandruff treatment in one with this innovative co-wash.
For best results, use at least twice a week, or as directed by Doctor. Shake well before use. Rub a liberal amount of product between the palms and distribute throughout hair and scalp. Work product through hair and massage scalp with fingertips as you would a conventional shampoo. For easy detangling, carefully comb through hair before rinsing co wash from hair. Rinse and repeat if needed. Follow with conditioner.

can't go without it
I never leave reviews but this product is too good not to. I loved the original as i am coconut cowash but after trying this, i now won't use anything else. It cleans your hair so well, and I sometimes don't even need to condition afterwards as it's so good at leaving moisture in your hair rather than stripping it out. Literally will not use shampoo or anything other than this ever again. My hair has grown so much and condition of it transformed since cowashing and this is the best co wash out there.

This cowash is honestly the best thing ever, my absolute thong grail product I’m so glad it’s finally back in stock! I really suffer with dry/itchy scalp especially if I cowash with just a conditioner, but this product tingles my scalp, leaves it flake free and I can go for a week between washing, no itching at all. Dry scalp
Fantastic product for cowashing dry scalp. Reccommend only using on scalp though, take about 5 minutes to massage into scalp before thoroughly washing and scrubbing out. Then use another conditioner for the length of the hair.

I love, love, love As I Am. My hair is fine and thinning and As I Am is lightweight enough to not drag my hair down. I follow cgm and recently had an itchy scalp, so decided to try this. It worked. It's amazing. I normally use the coconut co wash, but use this intermittently when I feel my scalp needs it.

My scalp is always very itchy and this product is just perfect for that! Do not put on your hair, though, just massage it into your scalp and rinse. Use another product for conditioning. It took me 2-3 washes to see and feel the difference.

The first few times i’ve used it, i didn’t like it.it was harsh and hard to detangle with. So i’ve stopped use it. After a while i’ve gave it another chance. And i liked it, did it need time to adjusf? I can detangle a bit better with thenbefkre Its good on my scalp and my hair feels moisterized. I still wish it had more slip though. But my scalp likes it.
