Great thickener
I have very fine and thin hair. I use this with the Aveda Phomollient. Together, they make a great cocktail. Hair is left volumised and thickened but still feels silky and natural.

Regular purchase. About my hair: I've always had thin, lank hair but following illness almost 10 years ago I suffered hair thinning that has not grown back, it destroyed my confidence to the point of losing my job and my barely leaving the house. Now I'm peri-menopausal so the general thickness of my hair has changed too. so I do not recommend hair products without thoroughly believing in their efficacy. I use Giovanni Route 66 Volumising Shampoo, Aveda Thickening Tonic, Aveda Volumising Tonic, Aveda Shampowder Dry Shampoo and Aveda Hairsprays.

Not too effective
I was looking for a more natural replacement of foam to give volume to my hair. Unfortunately, this one doesn't help much. If the foam adds 70% to my hair, this one added 20% :( I could use it to put my hair up, but it doesn't help at all if I want to put my fine hair down. Keep looking, don't fancy putting Isobutane and propane on my skin.
