Soothing and calming
I’ve used this mist a lot lately during the heatwave, and it’s soothing and cooling. I try to protect my skin from the sun as much as possible and haven’t had much need to try and reduce redness so far but I’ll continue using and I feel hopeful for it’s redness reducing properties. My redness episodes are unpredictable but this is a gorgeous mist.

Mixed results
I found this helped with redness as long as I only used one spray. On one occasion where I sprayed it on a few times in a couple of hours, it made the redness worse. Suspect it is due to the citric acid being an ingredient which can irritate my skin.

Bioderma no 1
I always stick to bioderma to manage my rosacea now. This does help reduce redness. It's light and non greasy but I try not to use it too often as it has citric acid which can be triggering for me.
