I've tried lots of different spot patches but find that they either give me extremely dry skin, or they leave a sore where the patch has been which then scabs over. These are brilliant. If I catch a spot early and use these, they virtually get rid of it overnight/within 24hrs. I have had no irritation with these and my skin seems to manage the patches well.
