I've been having neck and shoulder issues since working from home, so after reading some reviews about how to help without taking pain killers I splurged on this. Boy, does it work! It's a little hard to get the cream out of the tube (I recommend warming the tube in your hands first) but it just melts on the skin. The smell is just wonderful and the tingling really helps provide some relief from aches and pains. The best thing is you can top up as much as you like. It will leave your skin feeling wonderfully moisturised too. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Great after a race
I train up to 11 times a week and often get tense muscles. Massaging this balm into my muscles really helps to soothe them. I also apply it before a race to heat up my muscles. A must if you exercise a lot!
