Rough up to get ready
This only needs a light touch as it's definitely more on the stiffer level for a body brush. I'll be using this brush a couple of times a week to soften up bristles before I start to use daily pre-showering. I love dry body brushing generally as it wakes me up, removes dry skin cells and supports lymphatic drainage.
