I use this everyday. I dry brush my whole body and then use body lotion or oil. This really gets your skin formed up ready for the summer. Body lotion is now soaked up like a drink on my skin. I don’t have to use as much product now. It has also helped with my aching muscles at night time. I sleep so much better now. I suppose it helps with circulation too. I wish I had stumbled across this sooner. I love it x

The brush takes some adjusting to, it felt uncomfortable after the first few days as it has rough bristles, but I got used to it and my skin felt really smooth after a couple of days use. I usually use the brush after a bath and before moisturising my body. Sustainably made and great for my skin, couldn’t ask for more.
