I have used double wear mascara of Lauder for years, but this one is a more natural one and has an extremely long staying power. I use it as mascara and feel very sure that it stays on and I do not have to check my eyes. At my age, I do not want all those fake lashes mascara, but a nice very natural one. Lashes are dark and look as if I did not use mascara, but it is a hugh difference if I do not use mascara at all. Then you see the difference. I am very happy with it.

Cannot be without
I have only been using this a week, but already I'm addicted and cannot be without it. I use it as a first coat to give my lashes extra length and separate them, then apply mascara and lastly once the mascara is dry, I put another layer of this on to seal everything. Usually I end up with big black smudges on my brow bone, but with this I might get the odd tiny bit. It holds make up really well. So impressed.

This product is great! I have been using the original Estée Lauder eyelash primer for several years but it is white and you have to ensure that you fully coat your lashes with mascara after applying, otherwise you could look a little odd! That problem has now been solved with this little beauty and it does the job beautifully. I am now retired so I don't need full make up everyday but my eyelashes cannot go unadorned and this is just the product I need to give them a little colour without too much volume. I can use mascara as well, if I'm going out, to give them a fuller look. The only reason for 4 stars is that I would rather it was brown instead of black.

Always use this.
I have used this product for a couple of years. Can use on its own for a lighter look but I usually use it as a base for my mascara. Sometimes I apply it as a top coat as well to make the mascara waterproof.
