I love the curls and the versatility with this wand and the different looks you can create with it. However, it seems to really pull at my hair and the ends the day after use are much drier than usual

Disappointing
The curls dropped out shortly afterwards even when I used the curl/heat protect product - my hair was actually dead straight even though I have a slight natural kink in my hair. Perhaps my hair hair type dosn't suit, it is medium length and fine. Perhaps the manufacturers should state the hair type it is best for??
