Floral but not just for Grannies
On the first spray, all I could think of was my Granny and that soapy, floral fragrance she used to wear. I didn't like it - too overpowering. But after 20 minutes or so, the scent mellowed and became grown-up and sophisticated. Now I love it! Not for those who can't stand floral but certainly worth a try- it may surprise you!

A beautiful fragrance in a delicate pink bottle. I love the presentation of both the opaque bottle and the outer box packaging. It is definitely the type of perfume I look to pick up and test in department stores. On trying the perfume, although slightly stronger than the scent I would normally go for, the floral tones were lovely and the scent itself lasted for hours! Only a few squirts needed and I still got complimented! I would definitely recommend Gucci Bloom, and get the fragrance again!!

Overpowering
Firstly, I LOVE the bottle! It's a pretty pale pink, very minimalistic, and definitely one that'd grab my eye while out shopping. While the scent is pleasant, it's VERY overpowering! Very, very floral (clue is in the name!), and not really something I would wear. My daughter, who is 13, loves it! I put it on first thing this morning, and it's still going strong mid afternoon. The staying power is superior to any perfumes I've tried before! I expected a more sophisticated scent from Gucci, and unfortunately on this occasion, I was disappointed. I of course looked up the cost online, and wouldn't pay that much for it personally. It doesn't 'smell' like a high end fragrance.

From first looks, this perfume is beautiful. The floral pacakaing and minimalistic pink bottle are designed perfectly for presenting on your dressing table. This scent if very floral, as to be expected; it is very overpowering to start but does tone down to a more subtle floral smell, and does stay on the skin. Personally I feel this perfume, for me suits either a very young teenager; or an elder lady who prefers the strong smell of flowers . The price tag is that you would expect from a Gucci perfume; however, with the strong floral scent, this is not the kind of fragrance I would go for personally. That being said; I did receive many comments on the fragrence and it is definitely a perfect smell for summer. I would definitely consider buying as gifts for those who commented on the pleasant fragrance.

Blooming overpowering
Firstly I'll start with the packaging, whilst the box is pretty & suits the name of the perfume the bottle itself is boring, plastic & has a sticker on the front. It looks like a cheap prototype. The scent itself is very very overpowering & as the name suggests very floral. I generally like floral scents but softer notes. Unfortunately this is just too strong for me personally. I think this scent is more suited to an older lady & my friends agree. I will be giving this to my mum. One good thing about this is that the smell lasts ages & does soften. I kept getting whiffs of the scent regularly which I rarely find with other perfumes. This perfume would definitely suit a night out rather than a daytime scent.

absolutely loved this perfume. it's very strong so you don't need to use as much as some other perfumes or it can be very overpowering . it's got a beautiful floral smell that lasts all day, which I love as some perfumes can wear off as the day goes on so great value for money. I'll definitely be buying this perfume in the future. the things I'd want to know are price and size of the perfume and also where it was created. when wearing the gucci bloom I've had several friends and family say it smells lovely and ask what it is . i think if you do use too much it then reminds me of an older ladies perfume. the box is so pretty i really liked that but was alittle disappointed at the bottle itself it wasnt as pretty as the box.Gucci bloom gets a thumbs up from me
