The Joico Defy Damage Sleepover Overnight Nourishing Treatment is a bedtime bond-strengthener that gets to work as you sleep.
With a fortifying formula, the hair mask aims to deliver soft, shiny, healthy-looking hair come morning. Protective lipids act as a shield from damage, while antioxidant-rich moringa seed oil lends shine and softness.
The brand’s SmartRelease Technology provides continuous release of rosehip oil, arginine and keratin to help support strong, resilient strands. This leave-in treatment protects and nourishes hair, complete with a unique vanilla and lavender fragrance.
Before going to sleep, apply a small amount to dry or towel-dried hair, avoiding the root area. Do not rinse.

I love this overnight treatment. I often wash my hair at night after exercise and this is great to use once it's dried. Leaves it smelling really nice and feeling so soft in the morning.

I have bought loads of products for my overprocessed hair and I must say this is hands down the best!!! It is amazing. It's not too greasy and transforms my hair overnight. Not just for night time!
A really nice leave in that doesn't male my fine hair greasy or sticky. It does seem to sink in like a skin moisturiser does. With that in mind, it's very forgiving if you use too much! I was attracted by the described scent of vanilla and lavender, but that doesn't come through so much as just a general mildly sweet smell. Although this is obviously aimed at night time, I apply it to my ends any time because it really does keep them soft. The only thing it doesn't help with is detangling so in the morning your hair is soft but will be just as knotty as normal. This is still one I've repurchased and continue to enjoy, and works beautifully with the rest of the range too.

Really impressed
I purchased this ad an alternative to Kerastase as it was cheaper and more for your money. It smells lovely and spreads well on your hair. I have only been using a few weeks but I am finding my hair less frizzy and feeling more moisturised in the mornings. Would buy again!
