Highly absorption Magnesium
I ordered this for my child but she wasn't keen to take it. Instead I have started raking it as part of my bedtime routine. Magnesium is easy to take in and is really good improving my night sleep, increasing quality of my sleep and relaxing muscles. I wake up more refreshed and not fatigued. I also noted reduced cramping in my feet. I ordered two bottles and would recommend taking it daily. Will but again.
