Step 1. With slightly damp hair, take a section of hair and start rolling up from the end upwards toward scalp. Tuck hair securely so that the ends of your hair do not stick out.
Step 2. Roll upwards until taught against scalp and then bend the ends of the roller to secure it in place.
Step 3. Continue this process with the next roller until all rollers are in place and secure.
Step 4. Wear overnight or allow hair to fully dry. Remove and style to enjoy beautiful heatless curls.

Comfy & Curly
These are like magic! They are surprisingly comfortable to sleep in and actually really easy to use. After watching someone on youtube I've found it easier to hold the rod near my roots and wrap my hair round rather than start at the bottom. It takes only a few minutes and is so much less damaging than my curling tongs which I am trying not to use as often. Also saves so much time in the morning and is very satisfying when you take them out to be left with a proper bouncy curl.

I thought it would be one of those things everyone says are great but turns out to be impossible to get results. Not the case!
