An innovative 325 Pressure-Adaptive Flex Bristles technology allows you to switch from fine filling in to bold, graphic styles, while its high-impact opacity won't budge or fade throughout the day. Designed to be layered, the water-resistant formula glides seamlessly over eyeshadow and can be built for a more intense finish as desired.

For best performance, store your Tattoo Liner flat and shake it before use. Still feeling dry? Wipe tip with a damp tissue to remove eyeshadow build-up.

Use light pressure for fine, exact lines (perfect for creating sharp wings). Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look.
