Not just a balm and more than a lipstick, the Kylie Cosmetics Tinted Butter Balm stands in a league of its own. Powered by the nourishing properties of jojoba oil, the buttery balm instantly hydrates the lips to lock in up to 12 hours of lasting moisture, all while blurring the appearance of fine lines.
Thanks to its non-retractable propel stick applicator that applies a little at a time, the formula glides across the lips with ease, leaving a glossy glaze in its wake. The rich pigments tint the lips, leaving them popping with colour and visibly plumped to perfection.
- Application: Apply to lips for a luminous, shiny finish.
- Jojoba Oil: A plant oil that hosts soothing and hydrating properties
Diisostearyl Malate, Bis-Behenyl/Isostearyl/Phytosteryl Dimer Dilinoleyl Dimer Dilinoleate, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Octyldodecanol, Ceresin, Synthetic Wax, Ethylene/Propylene Copolymer, Disteardimonium Hectorite, 1,2-Hexanediol, Propylene Carbonate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil. Lovely colour
I am very pleased with how moisturising the butter balm is. Great coverage, very easy to apply, no complaints.

It’s okay
Didn’t love this. Found the colour pay off was good but my lips actually felt quite dry after using for some reason…wouldn’t repurchase.

Find your perfect shade
I got Moving on to review - I’ve had other shades and loved them but this shade wasn’t for me. Super dark and red (even with one one swipe) - packaging is great, formulae is great just not my shade!

Good pigmented lip balm
Good pigment and the colour lasts on this lip balm. I have the shade love that 4 u but it’s a little dark for me. But I’d be keen to try the lighter colours. Good hydrating lip balm.

Best tint
Used many hydrating lip balms with a tint and never really seen the colour however this one feels soft and does actually tint your lips too!

Good but could be better
The balm does feel nice and hydrates your lips when you first put it on but it wears off really quickly and certainly doesn't last 12 hours. The colour was nice a neutral shade (211 That' Tea) that gave a hint of colour but you have to keep re-applying for it to last. I wasn't a fan of the non-retractable packaging either as it's too easy to twist too far and you just end up losing product.

Nice balm, bad packaging
I like the balm; it's moisturising on the lips but is thicker than other balms I've used and is more like a hydrating lipstick. It's also more of a solid colour than a tinted balm. The packaging looks lovely but practically isn't great as the stick doesn't retract so if you happen to wind too much, you can't wind it back down.

Glossy but pigmented
I tried the shade she’s so lovely. It’s quite pigmented and glossy but I feel like I have to keep reapplying. I would recommend as it’s soft and the applicator is easy to use. As it says in the description it’s between a balm and lipstick but I would say this is more on the lipstick side but a little bit more sheer gloss.

More of a lipstick than a balm
Tried the shade She's Lovely, which is a great "your lips but better" colour. The product is really pigmented, doesn't feel sticky and is hydrating. However, it's way more of a hydrating lipstick than a balm.
