Add strength and shine to locks with the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day (PhD) 5-in-1 Styling Treatment. In just one easy step, the formula works to smooth, volumise, condition, strengthen and polish tresses, using the brand’s patented Healthy Hair Molecule and Thickening Molecule.
The nourishing treatment delivers nutrients and hydration to hair, taming frizz and preventing breakage for a softer, more supple hair fibre. Delivering heat protection up to 230°C, the colour-safe formula will leave locks full of bounce, shine and visible health.
Safe for coloured and chemically-treated hair.
On clean, damp hair, evenly distribute PhD Styler from roots to ends. Comb through. For best results, blow dry.
Tip: To enhance body and volume, use a round brush when blow drying. To create a smooth, polished style, use a flat brush when blow drying.

Helps but ..
I got it in the advent calendar from lookfantastic & gave it a few tries already. It does the job, and I do like the smell but it makes the hair very sticky, you can't really make the waves like in the advertised photo. It's giving an effect like the products that have "beach surf" in their description. Also after you style your hair, you'll need to wash it quite soon as the product doesn't stay well for a long time, and hair quickly becomes looking quite not so nice.

Found my go to hair rescue
I was recommended this product as the medication I'm on has made my hair fall out, break and stop growing. It will be ok eventually but is really upsetting. Anyway, I thought I'd give it a try as my colleagues hair looks lovely and I'm not disappointed. It actually feels thicker before I even dry it and certainly looks smoother. My bed hair doesn't look as hideous the next morning either! I'll be using this even when my hair is ok again, it's a great product and I've been trying a lot of different ones lately but this is the best one.
