The formula is enriched with a cocktail of nourishing ingredients to help care for the skin while preparing the complexion for makeup application. Hyaluronic acid and glycerin work in harmony with Moisture-Lock Technology to help quench the skin’s thirst, promoting soft, plumper-looking skin, as jojoba oil seeks to brighten. Pair with the Studio Radiance Face & Body Foundation for a flawless finish.

This left my skin glowing I’m over 40 so I go get dullness, this left my skin with a more youthful glow but not to shiny which I hate. It was light weight and blended really well.

No real difference with vs without. I’m not a big primer user, but I wanted to see what this can do - not a lot. If you are wanting a little more hydration it will do that for you, but I think your moneys better spent on a moisturiser/serum. It does give the tiniest amount of radiance on bare skin.
