Subtle and delicate fragrance
I wanted to try Neom products as I had heard very good things and they were all right. Lasts forever and subtle tones. I’ve reorder the refills several times. Can make it stronger by tuning wicks daily but not needed.

Packaging was disaster
I ordered 2 shampoo & 3 diffusers , the shampoo was flooding out inside the boxes and ruined everything I bought ! I was going to buy them for my friend’s birthday gift but all the packaging was destroyed , I feel very bad of it ! and the Neom tranquillity diffuser which I received is “ Perfect night sleep diffuser “ which is different from what the page mentioned

Luxurious lavender smell
This reed diffuser smells amazing and it isn't a smell that you get completely used to so I still catch wafts of it from time to time. I'm not sure how long the diffuser will last just yet but it's been going for a couple of weeks and still looks pretty full. I've also noticed an improvement to my quality of sleep!

Disappointing
It smells lovely but there's absolutely no cast from it. It doesn't scent the room at all.....not even a tiny little bit, which is strange because the reeds themselves are very heavily perfumed.

Clean lavender
This is s very clean lavender scent, sometimes I find lavender a bit too much but not this fragrance I love neom & the fact they are 100% natural & I would choose a diffuser over a candle as you get the scent all day long, when you first walk into your house - so beautiful
