OPI Start to Finish 3in1 is a nail strengthener with a multi-tasking formula infused with vitamins A and E to cover all your bases in one bottle. Consider it a 3-in-wonder. It acts as a base coat to protect against discoloration, a topcoat to deliver long-lasting shine and strengthenerto help protect nails against chipping, peeling, and splitting when used daily.
Apply one coat to bare nails followed by colour, then 1one coat on top to lock it in.

Does the job!
Great product to combine 3 applications in one but expect it not to be the best in all 3. Uses it on my toes and so far the nail varnish has lasted well. Hope it does the nail some good too.
