I found this was ok but not great in my hair. It weighed my frizzy hair down so I used it more sparingly…I found it a bit sticky for my liking. I will stick to the matrix heat protector which suits my hair far better

I have natural curly hair, not dyed. Is it the law to use a heat protector when straightening it. This spray, more of a cream, leaves my hair heavy and greasy. Unmanageable. Definitely not like fresh-washed, silky hair. Deserve the two stars because of its purpose and the smell.

Sticky - not a spray
Heard great things about this product and normally love Redken products (I use their shampoo & conditioner). However, this heat protector is more of a cream rather than a spray, so quite confused about this. It doesn't come out as a mist and leaves a sticky, heavy film all over the hair. Disappointed as Redken is salon quality and isn't cheap.
