Usually love this brand
I usually love this brand, I’m really into making sure I get the right vitamins as I have PMDD and found that it’s been the best thing for me. I shared this bottle with my husband so split between two people it didnt last as long so that’s maybe why I didn’t really see or feel any difference to my hair from using this? Perhaps if I’d taken it for as long as the 90 days I may have seen an improvement however I didn’t notice any change.
