Not worth it
Only lasted about 2 weeks and not strong enough. Much prefer the Neom Sleep spray which has similar undertones and lasts longer.

Beautiful relaxing scent that is not overpowering
I bought this as a gift for a friend who has trouble sleeping so I wasn't able to test it's efficacy properly. I will say that I gave the sleep spray one spritz on my wrist when it arrived (before wrapping it) and it smelled AMAZING. I can be quite sensitive to smells and strong, floral smells often give me a headache. I didn't have that problem with this at all. I kept getting lovely wafts of the scent all day and it was very pleasant and calming. I don't have trouble sleeping but am seriously considering purchasing the large sleep spray to spray for myself as a treat. The little set of 2 makes a nice gift or sample set if you don't want to commit to the larger, more expensive products.

I honestly didn’t think this would work but it really does! I usually take sleep remedy stuff but a few sprays on this right before bed on my pillow does the trick, I’m out like a light. Highly recommend
