Brilliant shampoo
I have fine coloured hair and this shampoo is great, leaves my hair feeling super clean, protects the colour and doesn’t leave my hair feeling weighed down or anything. A little also goes a long way so it lasts for ages.

Hate the new product formula
I want to complain about Color Brilliance (with lime caviar) shampoo. I loved this shampoo and was using it for over a year. But I recently bought one with new packaging. Initially I thought only the packaging has changed. But somehow this isn't the same quality / product formula as I have used before. Firstly, it makes my scalp extremely itchy. I have seen many customers complaining about the same issue. Secondly, it makes my hair greasy literally within 24 hours of washing. Please can you either change the product back to it's original, good form or discontinue it. I would appreciate if you could recommend an equivalent product in your colour protection range as this will be the last time buying this shampoo. Definitely DONOT recommend this anymore. Clearly I am not alone in this view, reading hundreds of other negative reviews.
