I use this alongside the shampoo which dries your hair out, I find the conditioner definitely restores the moisture the shampoo takes out and leaves it feeling soft. It has a nice smell but since using this duo I’ve noticed more hair loss when washing and brushing my hair. All in all, I prefer pureology and redken
