Pure relaxation in a bag !
I have illnesses & taking a soak when possible is like heaven to me. I use this as was recommended by a health advisor. It definitely helps with muscle pain & gives you that Ahhhh feeling. I have illnesses (spine) as well as diagnosed with BC a couple of years ago almost so relaxation & self care is so important to do when I can. These salts are so relaxing for the muscles & mind. I have a few illnesses which someone suggested trying Epsom salts.
