Made with 100% pure Epsom Salts, the soothing bath salts help to relieve the feeling of aching, over-worked muscles. The vegan bath salts are enhanced with White Willow, Arnica and Eucalyptus to assist muscle recovery while helping to revive the body and mind.

Add 2-3 handfuls of salt to warm water to create a fragrant, mineral-infused bath. Emerge feeling revived and ready to go.

...use some of these in a bowl as a soothing foot soak to warm, soften and help soothe achey feet. You'll thank me, as you also absorb magnesium from Epsom Salts (minimum 20 mins soaking using a good handful in a bowl or bath). 10/10 from me.
