The Joico Defy Damage Protective Shield is a leave-in treatment designed to guard against the effects of daily heat styling, UV exposure and environmental pollution that can lead to dull, lacklustre locks.
Building a defence against daily aggressors, the pre-styling formula helps to prevent damage and colour fading, working tirelessly to maintain vibrant, healthy-looking locks. Hair is 4x more resistant* to breakage during heat styling and is left feeling soft, shiny and fortified.

I love this to use in place of a heat protection spray. It leaves your hair super soft, takes out frizz and it smells gorgeous. The whole Joico defy damage range is great. Yes it’s more pricey than most but if you are suffering damage, breakage or more fragile hair, this will help your hair to build stronger.

I've tried quite alot of expensive shampoos and conditioners over the years, but tried the joico range and I love it! It has worked wonders with my hair. My hair type is coloured very coarse and frizzy so I needed something good to tame it and keep it in good condition. This worked really well for me leaving my hair soft and silky. It can be used with the other joico ranges not just defy damage range.
